Our Mission

We started TalkScope because we saw the same problem everywhere: contact center managers had gut feelings about why deals were lost, but no tools to confirm them. Enterprise platforms like Gong existed — but at $500+ per user per month, they were out of reach for the teams that needed them most.

So we built what we wished existed: an AI platform that scores every conversation, surfaces the patterns that matter, and tells you exactly who to coach and why — at a price that works for a 20-agent team, not just a Fortune 500.

Your conversations contain sensitive business data. We treat it that way. PII is redacted automatically, audio is never stored, and your data is never used to train models.
